Keynote VideoWHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING
I had the great pleasure of attending Rosann Argenti's motivational speech "BECOME …ALL THAT IS POSSIBLE", which was very enlightening, informative and included participation with the entire audience. Rosann captivated everyone from the moment she began speaking. She is very uplifting and has strong positive energy in her presentation. I found the content was important and helpful to patients, their family members, and medical professionals. I took away many different views from the motivational speech as well as from reading Ms. Argenti's book, "Surgery How to Rehearse Before You See the Nurse; A Practical Guide To an Easier Time". This has helped me become more attuned to my patients' needs.

Rosann Argenti's knowledge and enthusiasm made her presentation extremely informative, entertaining and inspirational. The Tai Chi/Chi-Kung exercises and massage were wonderful ways to achieve group participation. She is an incredible and charming Keynote Speaker. Rosann is an inspiration not only to those with PKD but to all persons facing the anxiety of surgery.

I was amazed at Ms. Argenti's talent and how she professionally and personally presented her story. She is a highly gifted public speaker. I enthusiastically recommend her. I also read her highly informative book and shared it with my wife, a PKD patient. Rosann's story about her PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease) and PLD (Polycystic Liver Disease) and the operation she had to endure is inspirational.

It was a distinct honor for the PKD Foundation to have you as a guest presenter at our National Convention on PKD at the Contemporary Resort Hotel in Orlando, FL, June 22-24. Without willing, talented and most of all ‘caring’ experts like you to cover the subjects we offer, we’d be hard pressed to present such a comprehensive and helpful patient education curriculum. I hope you found your time at our Convention to be meaningful and affirm, in your mind…the value of the PKD Foundation and our patient education programs for PKD families.
In my President’s Message last Saturday morning – I stated, “throughout history families have established symbolic references to their family’s origins(s) and what is significant to them, something commonly called a family’s ‘coats of arms.’ We then distributed copies of the PKD family’s ‘coat of arms’ reflecting “the common thread linking us together –PKD – inside a red circle with a diagonal line through it – the international symbol used to indicate something that is simply intolerable.”
Because we collectively abhor PKD and how it affects PKD families, we aggressively pursue PKD treatments and passionately work toward finding a cure, knowing that ‘when it comes to PKD…if we don’t do it, it won’t get done.” So whether or not you picked up a PKD Foundation ‘coat of arms’ lapel pin last week, coming your way under separate cover will be an enamel ‘stop PKD’ lapel pin as my token of thanks for your service to the PKD Foundation and the people for whom we exist.
If I can be of assistance to you…in any way, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Thank you so much for your gracious support.
Warmest Regards,
Dan Larson
